1、充电机2#U停止运行,取下UPS蓄电池组GB'中串接的熔断器FU.
2、在熔断器FU5两端的A、C点并接二极管V(2CZ 200A/800V)。
3、检查接线无误后送蓄电池熔断器FU.
4、取下熔断器FU5,二极管V串于电路,合SA3,检查二极管阴极对-WOM电压约241V,阳极对-WOM电压约218V,二极管反向截止。直流母线由充电机1#U,蓄电池组GB、GB'并联供电,但因蓄电池组GB'电压低,直流负载由充电机1#U,蓄电池组GB供电。
5、断开SA1,取下熔断器FU3、FU4.蓄电池组GB'经二极管V瞬间向直流母线供电。
6、启动充电机2#U,并将其电压调至额定值,直流母线由充电机2#U,蓄电池组GB'并联供电。
7、从蓄电池屏拆除旧蓄电池组GB,并在就近处直流屏连接号,将其正、负引线分别与充电机1#U的正、负极对应连接。
8、启动充电机1#U,使其与组装的旧蓄电池并联后的电压为241V.
9、停用充电机2#U,蓄电池组GB'的电压短时降至235V左右。
10、合SA1,充电机1#U、旧蓄电池组GB、新蓄电池组GB'并联向直流母线供电,但因充电机1#U与旧蓄电池组GB并联后的电压高于新蓄电池组GB'的电压,负载电流由充电机1#U及旧蓄电池组GB供电,但因二极管V反向截止,不会向新蓄电池组GB'反充电。
The replacement of the UPS battery pack is to use the reverse checkcharacteristic of the diode to artificially make the voltagedifference between the old and new battery packs (GB, GB'). Whenthe new battery GB' is put in and the old battery GB is withdrawn,the diode acts as an electronic switch to supply power to the DCbus instantaneously. Thus, the circulation generated in theparallel process due to the voltage difference between the old andnew batteries is avoided, and the stability of the DC power supplyis ensured. It also avoids the unreliability of the DC system dueto interruption of the DC bus power box during the replacement ofthe UPS battery pool.
