个体工商户注销

1. 注销税务登记：携带营业执照副本及复印件、税务登记证副本及复印件、身份证原件及复印件等材料，到税务机关办理税务注销，结清应纳税款、滞纳金和罚款等。

2. 工商注销：税务注销完成后，携带营业执照正副本原件、税务注销证明、身份证原件及复印件等材料，到工商局办理工商注销登记，填写注销申请表，提交相关材料，经审核通过后，领取注销通知书。

3. 银行账户注销：如有开设银行账户，需携带营业执照注销证明、税务注销证明、身份证原件及复印件、银行开户许可证等材料，到开户银行办理银行账户注销手续。

4. 注销印章：注销完成后，可自行销毁印章，或到公安机关指定的刻章点注销印章 。
