• 简易注销流程4 ：

1. 提请公示：企业需符合领取执照后未开展业务、无债务债权、不处于经营异常名录等条件，通过国家企业信用信息公示系统或当地工商局指定的公示平台，向社会发布简易注销公告，公示期为 20 天 。

2. 社保、公积金停缴减员：在公示期间，办理社保、公积金的停缴减员手续。

3. 税务注销：携带营业执照正副本原件、公章、电子税务局账号密码、税控盘、空白发票、法人身份证复印件等材料，办理税务注销。若公示期 20 天内税务没有注销完成，则公示期到期后无法交件，简易注销失败，后续需转为一般注销。

4. 工商注销：公示期满后，携带营业执照正副本原件、公章、法人身份证复印件或者照片、税务注销证明等材料，办理工商注销。

5. 银行账户注销：后到银行办理账户注销手续。

Simplified cancellation process:

Request for Publicity: Enterprises must meet the conditions of not conducting business after obtaining the license, having no debt or creditor's rights, and not being on the list of abnormal operations. Through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System or the publicity platform designated by the local Administration for Industry and Commerce, they can issue a simplified cancellation notice to the public for a period of 20 days.

Suspension and reduction of social security and housing fund contributions: During the public notice period, handle the procedures for suspension and reduction of social security and housing fund contributions.

Tax cancellation: Bring the original and duplicate copies of the business license, official seal, electronic tax bureau account password, tax control disk, blank invoice, copy of the legal representative's ID card and other materials to handle tax cancellation. If the tax cancellation is not completed within 20 days of the public notice period, the documents cannot be submitted after the public notice period expires, and the simple cancellation fails. Subsequently, it needs to be converted to general cancellation.

Business deregistration: After the expiration of the publicity period, bring the original and duplicate copies of the business license, official seal, copy or photo of the legal representative's ID card, tax deregistration certificate and other materials to handle the business deregistration.

Bank account cancellation: Finally, go to the bank to complete the account cancellation procedures.
