5.国家文物局会在收到申请之日起30个工作日内作出批准或者不批准的决定。
决定批准的，发给文物拍卖许可证；决定不批准的，应当书面通知当事人并说明理由。
同时文物拍卖许可证不得出租、出借或转让。
6.国家文物局每年会对文物拍卖企业及文物拍卖人员进行年审，需要在每年三月份之前
向省级文物行政部门递交年审表。
