大使馆加签的办-理程序

我国出口企业在出口贸易业务中，根据进口国的规定或进口商的要求，需要对涉外商业单据文件办-理大使馆加签时，出口企业可以委托贸促会代为办-理。
委托代理时，申请单位应填写《大使馆加签申办表》，提交需要办-理大使馆加签的单据文件。单据文件应当具备以下条件：
——符合大使馆的规定要求（语言、份数、相关单据文件）；
——单据文件必须合法有效、真实可靠、正确无误；
——单据文件应当是正式制作的，根据需要可以是正本、副本、甚至是复印件（如报关单），但不能为手写。
——单据文件卷面整洁，文字、签字应当清晰；印章不清、模糊，盖倒、重复盖两个章的单据文件不受理。
贸促会签证机构经审查，认为材料齐备、符合条件的，可以接受代理申请。

In the export trade business of our country, according to theregulations of the importing country or the re of theimporter, when the foreign-related commercial documents anddocuments need to be signed by the embassy, the export enterprisecan entrust the CCPIT to handle it.
When entrusting an agent, the applicant should fill in the"Embassy Signing Application Form" and submit the documents thatneed to be signed by the embassy. Document documents should meetthe following conditions:
——Meet the re of the embassy (language, number ofcopies, relevant documents);
——The documents must be legal, valid, true, reliable andcorrect;
——Invoice documents should be formally produced, and can beoriginals, copies, or even copies (such as customs declarationforms) as required, but they cannot be handwritten.
——The document file shall be clean and tidy, and the text andsignature shall be clear; the documents with unclear and vagueseals shall be rejected if the stamps are overturned or repeatedlystamped.
If the CCPIT visa agency examines and finds that thematerials are complete and meet the conditions, it can accept theapplication for agency.
