XGM868I 通用型气体超声波流量计
1、用 途:用于测量气体流量
2、性能特点:GE的XGM868i用于测量各种气体的流速。其独到之处在于它集宽量程、易安装、低维护、高精度等各种优点于一身
a:无可动部件
b:无压损
c:可测量含杂质的气体、可测量高温气体
d:低维护量
测量管线:50mm~3m,或更大
测量范围:-46m/s~46m/s(双向)
流速精度:一般为读数的?1%~?2%(取决于管径和采用单程或双程测量) 标定精度可达?0.5%
重复性:读数的?0.2%~?0.5%
测量参数:质量流量、累计流量、流速、标准流量、实际流量
3:工作原理:时差法测量技术:两个传感器既作为超声信号发射器和接收器。当传感器安装在管线上他们相互之间进行声信号通讯,工作时,每一个传感器作为发射器,发射一定量的声脉冲,作为接收器接收相同数量的信号,作为接收器接收相同数量的信号,顺流与逆流方向上声信号发射与接收的时间间隔被测量,当管内流体静止时,顺流与逆流方向的声传播时间相等,当液体流动时,顺流方向的信号传播时间短于逆流方向。顺流与逆流方向传播的时间差与流速成正比。
4、调试
本仪表可直接在变送器上组态,也可以通过GE流量计组态软件IDM进行组态。以下主要就软件组态作详细说明
通过RS232或RS485与PC连接,启动IDM软件,点击global—connect to a newinstrument与流量计进行通讯
系统单位设置:点击Edit Functions—Site Edit Menu—Channel1(CH1为通道数)—system:对体积测量单位、累积单位进行设置
管道参数设置:点击Edit Functions—Site Edit Menu—Channel x(x为通道数)—PipeParameters:对探头型号、管道外径、壁厚、P值(两探头之间的直线距离)、L值(两探头在水流方向上的轴向距离)、流体类型、温度进行设置。
输出设置:点击Edit Functions—Site Edit Menu—global—Input/Output—Option:对每一路输出进行零点和量程设置、对错误模式进行设置(保持、输出0mA、20mA)
直接通过表头操作组态:在表头外壳玻璃上通过红外触碰可以更改参数
进入菜单:5秒内依次按ESC、ENTER、ESC进入主菜单,屏幕会显示program(编程),按enter进入编程菜单,会显示channel(CH1通道)或global(公共)可通过左右键选择需要进入的菜单
单位设置:通过以上操作进入channel菜单,通过左右键至画面显示
system,按enter进入,可选择需要的单位。
管道参数设置:ESC、ENTER、ESC进入主菜单,用左右键至显示
program,按enter进入,用左右键至显示channel菜单,按enter进入,左右键至画面显示pipe,按enter进入,显示transducernumber(探头型号),通过上下、左右键输入81,按enter,显示pipe OD(管道外径),输入管道外径
1820mm,按enter,显示pipe wall thickness,输入管道壁厚8mm,按enter,显示path lengthP(P值:即两个探头之间的直线距离),输入328.75mm,按enter,显示Axial lengthL(L值:两探头在流体方向上的轴向距离),输入232.46mm,按enter,显示fluidtype(流体类型),通过左右键选择other,按enter,显示soundspeed(声速),输入450,按enter,显示reynolds
correction,按左右键选择off,按enter,显示calibrationfactor(校正因子),输入校正因子(根据现场情况调整,一般GE出厂已经校正过,不用轻易调整),按enter返回channel菜单。以上设置一般不用更改。
4-20mA输入设置:ESC、ENTER、ESC进入主菜单,用左右键至显示program,按enter进入,用左右键至显示global菜单,按enter进入,左右键至显示I/O(输入/输出),按enter进入,用左右键至显示option,按enter进入,显示slot0,按enter进入,用左右键选择4-20mA,按enter,显示measurementparameter,用左右键选择volume(瞬时流量),按enter,输入4mA和20mA对应量程。
屏幕显示设置:ESC、ENTER、ESC进入主菜单,用左右键至显示
program,按enter进入,用左右键至显示global菜单,按enter进入,左右键至显示LCD,按enter进入,显示#ofLCDparameter(显示参数数量),一般选择4个参数,按enter,通过左右键来分别选择4个想显示在住界面的参数,一般都选择瞬时流量volume、累积流量total+、声速soundspeed、信号强度signalstrength up或signal strength down。
5、维护及故障处理
GE XGM868I维护量非常低,常规维护为6-12月一次:检查探头端面是否有油或灰尘附着物,具体时间间隔根据现场情况定。
故障代码:E0:无故障
E1:信号太低(检查参数设置,检查连接电缆,检查探头是否清洁) E2:声速错误(检查安装情况,检查参数设置)
