快速高效提取粪便DNA，可裂解任何粪便样品。可直接用于PCR等其下游实验，TheFastDNA® SPIN Kit for Feces Designed for use with the FastPrep®Instruments, host cells as well as bacteria, fungi, viruses,protists and other cells present in fecal samples are easily lysedwithin 40 seconds. These benchtop devices use a unique, optimizedmotion that provide an extremely quick, efficient and highlyreproducible homogenization that surpasses traditional extractionmethods.
Samples are placed into 2.0 mL tubes containing Lysing MatrixE, a mixture of ceramic and silica particles designed toefficiently lyse all stool organisms. Stool samples are pre-treatedby washing in a Pre-Lysis Buffer. Homogenization takes place in thepresence of MT Buffer and Sodium Phosphate Buffer. The pre-lysingand lysing reagents were carefully developed to protect andsolubilize nucleic acids upon cell lysis, facilitate extraction ofgenomic DNA , and minimize RNA, humic acid or polyphenolcontamination. Following lysis, samples are centrifuged to pelletdebris and lysing matrix. DNA is purified from the supernatant witha silica-based GENECLEAN® procedure using SPIN filters. Eluted DNAis ready for digestion, electrophoresis, PCR and any other desiredapplication.
