以上所有证明材料均需加盖企业公章。
第十七条 参与评定的企业在递交申请材料后，三个月内由中国舞台美术学会的专家评审小组按资质等级评定标准，通报评定结果。第一次未通过的企业应在递交申请材料的6个月后，按中国舞台美术学会专家评审小组提供的意见书，整改后方可申报。
第十八条 本评定办法由中国舞台美术学会解释。
根据目前舞台工程企业现状，中国舞台美术学会不予评审一级以下企业资质，评定的一级企业以甲级资质颁发。
