恒压充电是指每只单格UPS蓄电池均以一恒定电压(一般取单格电池数乘以2.5v)进行充电。特点是：初始充电电流相当大，UPS蓄电池电动势和电解液体相对密度上升较快，随着充电的延续，充电电流逐渐减小，在充电终期只有很小的电流通过;充电时间短、能耗低，一般充电4～5hUPS蓄电池即可获得本身容量的90%～95%;假如充电电压选择得当，8h即可完成整个充电过程，且整个充电过程不需人照看，这种充电方式广泛用于补充充电。
Before charging, the correctcharging voltage should be selected (Table 2). If the chargingvoltage is too high, it can cause the initial charging current tobe too high. In severe cases, it can cause the electrode plate tobend and deform, a large amount of active substances to fall off,and the temperature rise of UPS batteries to be too high; If it istoo low, it will cause insufficient charging of the UPS battery,resulting in reduced capacity and shortened lifespan.
