外壳材料采用阻燃耐腐、耐压、耐高温、耐水蒸气泄漏、耐震合成材料。电池槽、盖、安全阀、极柱封口剂等材料具有阻燃性。正、负子便于用螺栓连接,蓄电池的连接线采用柔性直流阻燃电缆,电池极性正确,正负极性及端子有明显标志,便于连接。
极板厚度与使用寿命相适应。使用期间安全阀自动开启闭合,电池之间连接条的压降,蓄电池在大电流放电后,极柱不熔断,其外观不出现异常。电池的密封反应效率不低于95%
Battery usage andprecautions:
1. The battery is chargedbefore leaving the factory. From the factory to installation anduse, the battery capacity will be lost to varying degrees. If ittakes a long time, supplementary charging should be carried outbefore putting it into use. If the storage period of the batterydoes not exceed one year, charge it for 5 days at a constantvoltage of 2.27V/battery. If the storage period of the battery is1-2 years, it should be charged for 5 days at a constant voltage of2.33V/battery.
When using battery floatcharging, it should be ensured that the float charging voltagevalue of each individual battery is 2.25-2.30V. If the floatcharging voltage is higher or lower than this range, it will reducethe battery capacity or lifespan.
When the battery is floatingcharged, the voltage of the individual battery should not be lowerthan 2.20V. If the voltage of the individual battery is lower than2.20V, balanced charging is required. The method of balancedcharging is: charging voltage 2.35V/unit, charging time 12hours.
