*The photos above show the difference in construction betweena standard AGM battery, where each cell is joined over the top ofthe cell partition, and Discover's AGM batteries, where each cellis joined through the cell partition, this is knownas inter-cell welding. The benefits of inter-cellconnections is that it uses less lead and decreases internalresistance, this means the battery can accept charge and dischargemore quickly.
