蓄电池与地面之间应采取绝缘措施,垫木板或其他绝缘物,以免蓄电池与地面短路而放电。如果蓄电池数量较多时,可以安装在蓄电池专用支架上,且支架要可靠接地。
蓄电池安装结束,要测量蓄电池的总电压和单只电压,单只电压大小要相等。接线时辨清正负极,保证接线质量。

After removing theelectrode group, check that the positive electrode plate changesfrom dark brown to light brown, and the negative electrode platechanges from light gray to gray white. Moreover, the feel is hardand there are signs of short circuit.
The reason for an internalshort circuit in a battery is that a conductive object falls intothe battery, causing a short circuit between the positive andnegative plates, or a "lead bean" causes a short circuit betweenthe positive and negative electrodes during welding and assembly.The perforation or pore size of the separator may cause the "leadvelvet" formed by the electrode plate to penetrate the separatorduring charging and discharging, causing a short circuit. Theelectrode plate will bend and deform, causing damage to theseparator or the detachment of active substances, which willprecipitate at the lower edge of the electrode plate and cause ashort circuit.
