东园文化创意广场位置北京市朝阳区崔各庄乡东辛店330号，隶属望京来广营花家地崔各庄，所处地段尊贵优越。东园文化创意产业园占地总面积21980平方米，绿化面积3500平方米。园区内建筑层高9.25米、10米，均为无柱空间，户型可随意定制。园区采取旧厂房改造的方式，依托北京市全国交通枢纽、全国文化中心等优势条件，拟建设成为兼具传统文化内涵与现代相结合的综合影视文化基地。
