有下列经营行为之一的，企业可以不单独设立医疗器械库房：
（一）全部委托为其他医疗器械生产经营企业提供贮存、配送服务的医疗器械经营企业进行存储的；
（二）专营医疗器械软件或者医用磁共振、医用X射线、医用高能射线、医用核素设备等大型医用设备的；
（三）省级食品药品监督管理部门规定的其他可以不单独设立医疗器械库房的情形。下面贴一下材料清单。
