The Beijing Minsheng Financial Center stands at the southeast corner of the Dongdan intersection of Chang'an Street in the central area of China First Street, only 2 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square. The total construction area of the building is about 250000 square meters, with a height of up to 100 meters. It is the tallest building on East Chang'an Street, with a solid and stable design style and a magnificent planning concept. Subway Lines 1 and 5 are within easy reach, providing convenient transfers and forming a smooth transportation network with the East Second Ring Road. In terms of architecture, the exterior wall stone is imported from Saudi Arabia, and the exterior wall glass curtain is made of Low-E hollow glass, fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum plate, and thermal insulation profile. The entrance lobby and elevator hall stone are made of imported Italian cave stone. The upper atrium of Block C has a height of 86 meters, with four floors leading directly to the top of the building. It is a rare office building design in Asia and has become a classic feature of the entire building.
