电子城IT产业园位于中关村科技园区电子城科技园，处于中关村科技园区电子城科技园核心位置，享受高新技术产业园区优惠政策。电子城IT产业园坐落在北京市朝阳区酒仙桥北路甲10号，占地面积37.4万平方米，规划建筑用地25万平方米，总建筑面积约56.5万平方米，绿化率达到35%，北邻机场高速，东接五环路（现正在进行IT产业园在五环开设专门的进出口的申报审批工作），西邻“798”艺术区，交通便利、位置优越，园区配套设施齐全，尤其适合电子类、文化创意产业及相关产业企业科研办公使用。中关村电子城IT产业园规划建设A、B、C、D四个区域，共21幢厂房。D区的D1、D2、D4厂房已建成并投入使用；B区B1厂房已建成，现尚余少量珍藏户型对外招商；B2厂房即将建成；其余厂房将分期分批开工建设。

It is adjacent tothe airport expressway to the north and the Fifth Ring Road to theeast (currently undergoing the application and approval process forthe IT Industrial Park to open a special import and export on theFifth Ring Road), and is adjacent to the "798" Art District to thewest, with convenient transportation and superior location, Thepark has complete supporting facilities, especially suitable forscientific research and office use by enterprises in theelectronics, cultural and creative industries, and relatedindustries. The Zhongguancun Electronic City IT Industrial Park isplanned to construct four areas: A, B, C, and D, with a total of 21factories.
