王府77（长安同泰中心）位于王府井大街77号，王府井商街具有700多年的建街史和百余年的商业发展史，是中国商业发展的一面旗帜，代表了北京的城市形象。同时，北京正在构建故宫、王府井、隆福寺三点连成的“文化金三角”，本项目处于文化金三角的核心地段。建筑由美国晋思建筑事务（Gensler）设计，世界团队，东西方设计理念兼容并蓄。外立面结合区域特点采用新中式设计手法，气势恢宏，以其鲜明的风格成为区域内的新地标建筑。可实现企业独立进出、专属景观、智慧办公需求，属内城非常稀缺的资源。内部整体使用空间功能完善、技术合理、经济实用，超高使用率，远超多数写字楼使用率。智慧空间（智慧空调、新风、弱电网络、安防系统），满足金融企业独立、安全的数据计算中心。由全球设计事务所“HBA”公司担任室内设计，结合建筑风格，大堂部分均运用了中式元素进行现代手法的演绎，将中国传统元素自然的融入奢华典雅的设计风格中。项目拥有1.4万平方米商业，业态包括：金融服务、品牌旗舰店、轻奢文创、高端定制、咖啡厅等。园林由深圳奥雅设计，以“一府一街一园一庭一合”为设计理念，以中国古典园林为精髓，园林外围道路系统与王府井大街文化氛围相融合。在内部中庭引入雕塑家的艺术作品，完美的与景观元素相结合。现代精致的屋顶花园中，可遥望故宫全貌与北京中轴线。
Wangfu 77 (Chang'an Tongtai Center) is located at No. 77,Wangfujing. With a history of more than 700 years of streetbuilding and more than 100 years of commercial development,Wangfujing Business Street is a banner of China's commercialdevelopment and represents the city image of Beijing. At the sametime, Beijing is building a "Cultural Golden Triangle" thatconnects the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. Thisproject is located in the core area of the Cultural GoldenTriangle. The architecture is designed by Gensler, a world-classteam with a blend of Eastern and Western design concepts. Theexterior facade adopts a new Chinese style design approach based onthe characteristics of the area, with a grand momentum anddistinctive style, becoming a new landmark building in the area. Itcan achieve independent entry and exit, exclusive landscape, andsmart office needs for enterprises, and is a very scarce resourcein the inner city. The overall internal usage space is fullyfunctional, technologically reasonable, economical and practical,with an extremely high usage rate, far exceeding that of mostoffice buildings. Smart space (smart air conditioning, fresh air,weak current network, security system) is an independent and securedata computing center for financial enterprises. The interiordesign is undertaken by HBA, one of the world's top ten designfirms. Combining architectural style, the lobby adopts moderntechniques using Chinese elements, naturally integrating Chinesetraditional elements into a luxurious and elegant design style. Theproject has a commercial area of 14000 square meters, includingfinancial services, brand flagship stores, light luxury culturaland creative, high-end customization, coffee shops, etc. The gardenis designed by Shenzhen Aoya, with the design concept of "onemansion, one street, one garden, one courtyard and onecombination", and the essence of Chinese classical gardens. Theperipheral road system of the garden is integrated with thecultural atmosphere of Wangfujing. Introducing the art works ofrenowned sculptors into the internal atrium, perfectly combiningthem with landscape elements. In the modern ex Roof garden,you can see the whole picture of the Forbidden City and ZhongzhouRoad from afar.
