数字工场位于大兴区经海五路58号院，北京经济技术开发区路东区---北京数字电视产业园区内E12M1地块，项目占地6.6万平米，总建筑面积约11.5万平米，整体规划由低层区4栋生产厂房、高层区6栋研发办公楼组成，围合式建筑设计，现代简约立面风格，大柱距空间结合高承重楼面设计，满足不同企业生产、研发、办公等需求，承载北京数字电视产业上下游配套企业用房需求。数字工场整体平面布局以规整方正为原则，空间设计上力求规整大方，清新明快，外型设计上充分考虑当地气候条件、周边环境，注重建筑本身的节能，达到美观大方、实用经济的完美结合。建筑主要分为单层、多层厂房和高层厂房。单层、多层厂房造型简洁明快。高层厂房立面较为丰富，玻璃与铝板结合的幕墙形成了线条流畅、简洁大气的带型窗，凸显亦庄经济技术开发区以现代高精企业为主要使用群体的招商宗旨。又不同于以往已经入住开发区的企业立面，将成为开发区的又一新亮点。数字工厂园林景观设计分为南北两个部分，面积共18000平米，其中北区约为5300平米，南区约为12000平米。南区中庭之外为边缘围合的概念，既保证建筑由内向外的视线通透，又加强了场地的领地感及私密性。中庭内突出简约的现代景观，风格明确，整体绿化好，注重高低两层绿化，中央以“像素”为主题，设置了一组特色雕塑。内庭的铺装全部采用花岗岩，通过同一色系的不同组合，体现高雅、现代的风格，庭院中设置了地灯、射灯及LED特色灯砖。
