竞园艺术中心位于广渠路3号，距国贸CBD中央商务区10分钟车程，占地面积10万平方米，建筑面积6万平方米。原址为拥有50余年历史的棉麻仓库，改造中采用“天人合一”的中国传统理念设计，并融入多种现代创意设计元素，使饱含大工业时代历史人文信息的老库房，焕发出后工业时代的青春活力，形成京城稀缺，适合现代文化创意产业的**办公空间。竞园艺术中心定位于影像产业，作为中国第一家定位于影像产业的集聚区，率先填补了我国影像产业的发展空白，政府文化创意领导小组对项目的创意给予了高度肯定和具体的支持，媒体、广告、设计、摄影机构的各阶层专业人士给予了高度的关注。竞园艺术中心所在的19号库是竞园图片产业园中*大的独立库房。简约时尚的建筑风格成为这片老库区的新地标。竞园艺术中心内部7-10米的巨大挑高，以及1300平方米的建筑面积营造出超大体积的展览空间。19号库还拥有50-100平米不同规格的配套展厅、会议室、VIP室、餐饮、百平米专属停车场等配套设施，可以容纳十几人至近千人的各类新品发布、展览、沙龙、讲座、颁奖仪式、影片首映、演艺走秀、晚宴等大、中、小型活动。
Jingyuan Art Center is located at No. 3 Guangqu Road, 10minutes' drive from the CBD of the International Trade Center,covering an area of 100000 square meters and a construction area of60000 square meters.The original site is a cotton and hempwarehouse with a history of more than 50 years. Jingyuan Art Center ispositioned in the image industry, and as the first gathering areapositioned in the image industry in China, it has taken the lead infilling the development gap of the image industry in China. The huge 7-10 meteroverhang inside the Jingyuan Art Center and the 1300 square meterbuilding area create a super large exhibition space. Library 19also has supporting facilities of 50-100 square meters withdifferent specifications, such as exhibition halls, conferencerooms, VIP rooms, catering, and 100 square meters of exclusiveparking lots. It can accommodate various new product launches,exhibitions, salons, lectures, award ceremonies, film premieres,performance walks, dinners, and other large, medium, and smallevents that can accommodate from a dozen to nearly a thousandpeople.
