九思文创园业态定位紧部首都中心区,打造业界高端精品办公及商业的文化创意产业园区,提升城中心区生活品质,增加人文生态气息,力争用5年时间,成为核心区*高端、*具品味味的金融文化，创意产业聚集区。一群富有理想和创造力的建筑设计师主持设计了九思文创园的布局规划,结合四合院围合元素,白墙立面与北欧极简风格相融合,组合成一道城中心的现代建筑风景。京城中心,西城区西什库大街31号院,据中南海直线距离500米,故宫西北角200米,距离金融街仅2公里,距地铁西四站D出口约8分钟步程。四合院建筑围合,兼具现代舒朗风。作为城中心区的稀缺空间,户外景观的营造,成为室内空间的视线延伸,使得每个办公及商业区都有赏心悦目的私密花园,从而颠覆传统办公室的沉网,狭窄缺陷,创造户户见景,家家有花的格局。落地窗共享景观全生态独立7米层高空间,提升空间价值,窗外中央庭院景观,庭院动静结合。
Jiusi Cultural and Creative Park is positioned close to thecentral area of the capital, creating a cultural and creativeindustry park for high-end boutique office and business in theindustry, improving the of life in the central area of thecity, increasing the cultural and ecological atmosphere, andstriving to become the most high-end and tasteful financial cultureand creative industry gathering area in the core area within 5years. A group of idealistic and creative architectural designerspresided over the design of the layout of the Jiusi Cultural andCreative Park, combining the surrounding elements of a rd, and combining the white wall facade with the Nordicminimalist style to form a modern architectural landscape in thecenter of the city. In the center of the capital city, Yard 31,Xishiku Street, Xicheng District, is 500 meters from Zhongnanhai,200 meters from the northwest corner of the Forbidden City, only 2kilometers from Financial Street, and about 8 minutes' walk fromthe exit D of the West Fourth Metro Station. Surrounded by buildings, it has a modern and comfortable style. As ascarce space in the city center, the creation of outdoor landscapeshas become an extension of the sight of indoor space, making everyoffice and business district have a pleasing and private garden,thus subverting the traditional office network and narrow defects,creating a pattern where every household sees the scenery and hasflowers. French window share the whole ecological landscape and areindependent 7 meter high space to enhance the space value. Thecentral courtyard landscape outside the window is a combination ofdynamic and static courtyard.
