土耳其大使馆认证是指一国外交机构及其授权机构在涉外文书上确认所在国公证机关或某些特殊机关的印章或该机关主管人员的签字属实。
经过认证的证书具有法律效力，可为文件使用的有关局承认。
大使馆认证主要包括民事认证和商业认证，民事认证，如出生、学历、收入证明等；商业认证，如产地证明、形式发票、提单、保险等。

Turkish Embassy certification procedures
1．申请人填写认证申请书，将所需认证的证书提交给外交部领事司认证处并交纳相应的认证费用；
1. The applicant shall fill in the application form forcertification, submit the required certification to theCertification Office of the Consular Department of the Ministry ofForeign Affairs and pay the corresponding certification fee;
2．外交部确认后交给驻华大使馆认证加签；
2. After the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms it, it shallsubmit it to the Embassy in China for authentication andsignature.
3．经大使馆认证加签后的证书由原路返回外交部认证处；
3. The certificate signed and authenticated by the embassy shallbe returned to the certification Office of the Ministry of ForeignAffairs by the original way;
4．外交部将认证后的证书交还给申请人。
