The planned construction scale ofQikeshu Business Park is 142825.2 ㎡, which is divided into fourplots. The first plot is Qikeshu Art Museum, with a constructionarea of 9030 ㎡; the second plot is an office area, with aconstruction area of 48935.5 ㎡; the third plot is a "Chineseknotting" style building complex, with a construction area of66713.9 ㎡; Plot 4 plans to construct four independent themedart/museums of 3000-4000 square meters, with a construction area of18685.8 square meters.
